A Team of Leading Prosthetists and Orthotists
Meet MCOP's prosthetics and orthotics specialists
CPO Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist serving Maryland & Washington DC
Justin Boehm is an ABC Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist specializing in custom and pediatric orthotics at Medical Center O&P. Justin brings extensive experience and knowledge in orthotic and prosthetic care for various pediatric and adult ailments, including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Scoliosis, Clubfoot, and traumatic & non-traumatic amputations.
Prior to joining MCOP in 2017, Justin was a CPO in the greater DC area. Justin grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and received both his Bachelors and Masters (MSPO) degrees from the University of Pittsburgh where he graduated Summa Cum Laude while also playing on Pitt’s varsity soccer team.
Justin chose the orthotics and prosthetics field because it offers him the ability to work hands-on and to impact people’s lives in powerful ways. Justin is particularly passionate about helping patients who are facing complex challenges. One of Justin’s favorite professional experiences was when he was able to help a young girl who lost part of her foot due to trauma get back to running via a custom brace solution that he built. Justin particularly enjoys helping patients at the beginning of their rehab and assisting his patients in getting back to standing or walking on a new orthotic or prosthetic.
Outside of work Justin is an avid outdoors enthusiast, runner, soccer player and Pittsburgh sports fan. He currently resides in Bethesda, MD.
