MCOP is proud to announce that on May 5, 2016, Art Molnar (CPO), Clinical Manager of Military Care, was honored with the title ‘Hero of Military Medicine’. The awards were given out by the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine through its Center for Public-Private Partnerships to those who have extended their military prosthetic expertise and compassion to help patients in need.
Art has worked closely with military amputees, providing hundreds of Wounded Warriors with the highest level of specialized prosthetic care. His experiences in the field of military medicine have resulted in a unique skill set and empathetic approach that ensures his patients’ expectations are exceeded.
Art shared the honorary stage with other medical professionals specializing in military prosthetics, along with several military and civilian amputees. The combined efforts of these medical professionals and their patients are making huge strides toward restoring quality of life for amputees everywhere.
