A Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) is specifically educated and trained to manage comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic patient care, including: patient assessment, development and implementation of treatment plan, follow-up and practice management. Certification is awarded through The American Board for Certification (ABC) in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics.
