A Team of Leading Prosthetists and Orthotists

Meet MCOP's prosthetics and orthotics specialists

Sean Wooldridge

Prosthetist-orthotist currently seeing customers in Washington, DC.

Sean received his BA in Health Science from Gettysburg College in 2012. Years of being an Aide at his mother’s physical therapy clinic drew him to not only the science but the field of rehabilitation. After completing his undergraduate education, Sean was exposed to the field of O & P. Years later, Sean achieved a Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Hartford.

During Sean’s residency program in Albany, NY Sean worked with a variety of patient populations in both in-patient and out-patient settings. Here he specialized in the evaluation and fabrication of custom lower limb, upper limb, and spinal orthoses. Sean then worked for a number of years in Raleigh, NC, which allowed him to switch gears and hone his prosthetic knowledge.

Sean Wooldridge is a certified prosthetist-orthotist currently helping clients at MCOP’s Washington, DC clinic. As the manager, he works within the community to provide both orthotic and prosthetic treatment options to the residents of the city. Sean has been able to not only provide quality prosthetic devices in his time here but has also been known to fabricate custom adaptive devices for athletes in sports such as sled hockey.

He currently resides in DC and enjoys everything that comes along with living in the city. Often spending quality time with his family and his Golden Retriever Yaz. In the colder months, Sean can be found playing hockey at his yearly Winter Classic in Upstate NY. He’s also a huge Boston sports fan, rooting for his beloved Patriots, Bruins, and Red Sox.
